Jim Doyle

After retiring from the Union Pacific Rail Road, in the spring of 2020, Jim and Terry desired to
relocate from from the busyness of city life in Salt Lake City Utah, to a little slower life in
Idaho. After coming from and attending a Reformed church in Salt Lake City, we began our
search by first and foremost looking for a reformed church fellowship that we could
join. That search led us to the American Falls area (Rockland).

Without knowing anyone from the area, we attended a “church in the park” event in American Falls. We ended
up sitting next to a couple of the AFCC elders. From there God plugged us in to
the AFCC Fellowship that we now call home.

Jim and Terry have been married for 53 years. They have 4 children, 14 grand children, and 8 great-grand children! Truly making us great grand parents! We serve God’s people because He has first
loved us (1John 4:18-20), and we strive by God’s grace to reach the community
around us with the Gospel of grace, and to encourage all believers to live their lives
in light of the Gospel; to be salt and light in all their environments, so as to reach
the world for Christ’s sake (Matt. 5:13,14).
